SHIPPING policy

The fixed shipping costs are established according to the geographic area of the recipient:

Metropolitan France. You a can choose between Standard or Express shipping: Standard - 3,95 Euros,;Express (Chronopost) - 35 Euros. Shipping costs are offered in Strasbourg Area (France).
European Union / Schengen Area Countries: Standard (Colissimo) -17 Euros
Other countries: Standard (Colissimo) - 28 Euros.

returns and refunds

Satisfied or reimbursed, this is the policy of our enterprise. If for any reason and despite all our care you are unhappy with your purchase, you can notify us by email or by telephone (see CONTACT section) within 7 days of the date you've received the item. Please specify if you prefer an exchange or a refund. The item should then be returned to us in its original condition, complete and unused (clothes must be returned intact and with their tag on) within 30 days of the date you received it.
